Expanding Our Capabilities: Introducing Our New Workshop Facility

We're excited to announce that we're opening a dedicated workshop facility in Adelaide's North-East! This is a significant step forward in how we can serve our trailer and caravan owners across the region.

Mobile-First, Always

Let's be clear from the start: mobile servicing isn't going anywhere. We built our business on the convenience of coming to you, and that remains our priority. The vast majority of servicing and repairs will continue to happen onsite - at your home, storage facility, or wherever your trailer or caravan lives.

There's something to be said for not having to hitch up, drive across town, and wait around while work gets done. We get that, and we're committed to keeping things as convenient as possible for our customers.

But Sometimes, You Need More

Over the years, we've occasionally encountered jobs that simply can't be done onsite - repairs that need extended time, specialized equipment, or a controlled workshop environment. Until now, we've had to refer these jobs elsewhere or work around limitations.

Not anymore.

Our new workshop facility means we can now handle:

General Welding From chassis repairs to custom modifications, welding work requires proper equipment, safety measures, and often a stable working environment. Our workshop is set up to handle welding jobs properly, whether it's fixing cracks, reinforcing weak points, or fabricating custom solutions for your trailer.

Brake and Suspension Rebuilds These are jobs that can take time and require the right tools to do properly. Complete brake overhauls, suspension component replacements, and bearing services are all easier to manage in a controlled workshop setting where we can properly inspect, service, and test everything before you hit the road again.

Perfect for Trailers

While this facility benefits all our customers, it's particularly valuable for trailer owners. Trailers are often more suited to workshop-based repairs (they're generally easier to transport than caravans), and the types of work they need (heavy-duty repairs, structural work, suspension overhauls) often benefit from workshop equipment and space.

That said, we're still doing everything we can onsite first. The workshop is there for when it makes sense… when the job demands it, or when it's simply the better option for getting quality results.

Same Team, More Options

At the end of the day, this is about giving you more choices and better service. Whether it's a routine mobile service at your place or a comprehensive workshop-based repair, you're dealing with the same local team who knows trailers and caravans inside and out.

The workshop opens soon, and we'll be ready to tackle those jobs that need a bit more time, space, and specialist attention.
